I'm almost here! At this point I'm around twenty inches long, and I weigh more than five pounds; I am running out of room in Mom's uterus and will soon be ready for life outside the womb! My lungs are still growing, but all other major physical development is complete. Even my fingernails, which began forming at twelve weeks, have now grown to reach the ends of my fingertips
